Outstanding employees from Myanmar visited the Group's headquarters for study


In order to commend and motivate the excellent employees of Myanmar factory and at the same time cultivate a group of Myanmar backbone talents who serve the company and are loyal to the company, four excellent Myanmar employees came to visit and study at the headquarters of the Group from April 10 to 14 under the leadership of Mei Zhihua, the factory manager of Myanmar factory. This activity is another important talent cultivation plan after the company exported talents to overseas, and the visit and learning activities were strongly supported by the senior leaders of the Group.

The first day

The four Myanmar employees could not hide their joy and excitement when they first stepped out of the country and flew over thousands of kilometers.

Jiang Yunnan, Secretary of the Party Branch of the Group, Qin Jiandong, General Manager of the Production Center and other leaders warmly received them and took a group photo.

The next day

The company held a grand welcome ceremony, which was attended by General Manager of the Production Center, Mr. Qin Jiandong, Vice President of Production, Mr. Pan Yajuan, as well as the Group's administrative and personnel leaders. Mr. Qin personally introduced the basic situation of the Group, as well as the future investment plan and talent training strategy in Myanmar to the Myanmar staff.

After the visit, the Myanmar colleagues expressed that they had a deeper understanding of the scale, equipment, management and corporate culture of the Group, and that the Myanmar factory would have a broader development prospect in the future with the support of the strong Chinese headquarter, and they felt confident and proud to be one of the thousands of employees of the Group. They said that after returning to China, they would pass on what they had seen and heard in the headquarters to their colleagues around them without reservation.

In order to let our Myanmar colleagues know more about China's history, culture and modern civilization, we arranged for our Chinese colleagues to accompany them to visit the famous historical sites and tourist attractions in Jiangyin and Wuxi during the next two days.
